One of my earliest memories is of my mother singing me this nursery rhyme while we were on an actual rowboat.

I once heard someone say "with age, comes wisdom"

I'm not really a big fan of growing up or getting older.

Life's a stream of memories, memories we have to leave behind while rowing further downstream.

If we don't leave them behind, we could drown.

I remember learning to swim. The lifeguard who taught kept messing with me, made me swim to the deep end as an unfit 13 year old.💪🏊

Some people are so important to you that you cannot properly articulate how much they mean.😔

I used to be really good with words (just ask anyone who went to secondary school with me😅)

I always wanted to change the world. Still not exactly sure of how I'll do that (although, I think I have a general idea).😌

I always try to leave a mark where ever I go. Major problem, though, is that people forget really easily.

Just look at Joseph! Solved a terrible food crisis and saves a whole nation. A few generations later, even the Pharoah doesn't know his name, to talk less of the average Egyptian😣.

Nowadays, people I practically taught Chess now whip me left, right and center.😒. Just goes to show nothing lasts forever. (Also, why is there no chess emoticon?)

Rereading through this, I realise my thoughts are really, really random.

A "thank you" to the people who, despite this, still manage to put up with me. (Hugs and kisses to the ones I want to hug and kiss).

Whenever I read a novel, my favourite part is reading the list of other books available from the publisher and imagining what they are like.

In primary school, I was in Green House. I convinced my house mates that we were all Green Lanterns.💍
